Fint Oasis by Quad: 3 Hours from Ouarzazate
Three hours across bare plateaus and rocky hills until the green valley of Fint opens below you, with mint tea in the oasis.
The first part of the ride is all dry ground: plateaus, stony hills and viewpoints where the landscape gets wilder the further you go from the city. It is the longest stretch of open riding on our shorter routes, and the one where you really settle into the quad.
Then the track drops and the oasis of Fint appears between the mountains, a strip of palm groves, gardens and running water with small Berber villages along it. You ride down to the riverbed, which makes for some of the best photos of the day.
In the oasis your guide explains how people live and farm here, and you stop for mint tea with local villagers before riding back.

Where it happens
Fint lies about 12 km south of Ouarzazate. The way there crosses arid plateaus and rocky hills on dirt tracks, and the oasis itself sits in a valley with palm groves and a river.
Who it suits
Each rider steers their own quad, so it suits people who want to drive rather than sit back. First timers are welcome: the guide adjusts the route and the speed to the group, and experienced riders get more open ground. Groups of 1 to 20 can ride together. If anyone in your group is young, has a health condition or is pregnant, tell us when you send the request so we can confirm the ride is suitable.

Before you ride
- Your guide gives a safety briefing and rides with the group the whole time.
- A helmet and safety equipment are provided; wear closed shoes and clothes you do not mind getting dusty.
- Tell us about age, health or riding experience in your request so the team can advise you.
- The meeting or pickup point and time are confirmed with your reservation.
- Please arrive about 15 minutes before departure for the briefing and your equipment.
- Rides start and finish at the agency in Ouarzazate unless another arrangement is agreed.
- Book at least 2 to 3 hours before the time you would like to leave, subject to availability.
- A private ride for your group only, with its own guide, can be arranged on request.
- Riding with a guide is required. You still have room to ride freely within the guide's safety rules.
- Group pricing may be possible for several quads, depending on group size and the models you choose.
