A short set of rules covering how a booking with Ouarzazate Tours comes about, how we price it, what keeps everyone safe and what happens when plans change. They apply to rides, day trips and desert tours alike, so take a minute to read them first.

Requests and confirmed bookings
Whether it reaches us through the website form or on WhatsApp, your message is a request. It becomes a booking only after our team writes back, by email or WhatsApp, stating the date, what is arranged and the final price.
You pay nothing through this website.
Prices
Every price published here is a starting figure in US dollars (USD). What you actually pay is the amount written in your confirmation.
For day trips and desert tours, the rate is per person and falls as your group grows. Quad, buggy and horse rides show a starting price for each route and length of ride.
What is included
The page of each ride or trip spells out its inclusions, plus any exclusions worth knowing. Unsure about a detail? Ask us before confirming and we will write the answer into your confirmation.
Safety
Riders on quads, buggies and horses wear the helmet we supply and do as the guide instructs on safety. Anyone who endangers themselves or other people may have their ride stopped or cut short by the guide.
Weather and route changes
Bad weather or a safety concern can lead us to change a route or move an activity to another time. We then get in touch so we can settle on an alternative together.
Health, age and experience
Let us know when you book about health conditions, pregnancy, how old each participant is and how much riding or driving they have done. With that information we can say whether an activity fits and set the pace and route accordingly.
Cancellations and changes
Your confirmation states the conditions for cancelling or changing that particular activity. Should your plans move, tell us as soon as you can on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
Insurance
Our quad, buggy and horse rides come with liability insurance. Where passenger insurance applies to a day trip or desert tour, its page lists it with the inclusions. Choosing and holding travel insurance for your stay is up to you.
